If you are facing any issue while installing the rptmonitor agent, feel free to reach out to support@nodelizer.com. It would be more helpful to diagnose and solve the issue you are facing if you include following data:

  • your OS & its version,
  • The steps you followed to install the rptmonitor agent
  • errors you encountered during installation.

If your installation was completed successfully, but no data is posted to your dashboard or graph, you should check the agent logs. Error in the logs may reveal the cause of any issues.
